At Ed & Ted's Excellent Adventures, quality is a top priority for every aspect of your travel experience.  Your trip will include comfortable, deluxe motorcoach transportation.  We use coaches that are video and bathroom equipped.  Most coaches also come with free wi-fi and electrical outlets accessible from each seat.  Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride!

How do I sign up for a trip?

We partner with a number of agencies across Michigan who offer our travel programs.  You may register directly with the organization that provided our information to you.  Otherwise, feel free to contact us directly.  You can reach us at 1-877-377-0779.  Or registration information can be mailed to us at 117 State St., Hillsdale, MI  49242.

How should we dress?

For most trips, casual dress is fine.  There is no need for formal attire.  Typically, before departure, we will advise you of normal temperatures for our destinations, so that you can plan accordingly.

Keep in mind that, although we will try, it is difficult to maintain the "perfect" temperature for everyone on the motorcoach.  We strongly encourage travelers to dress in layers and even consider bringing a light blanket in case you get cold while we're on the road.

Out of consideration for your fellow travelers, we do ask that travelers avoid strong scents, such as perfumes or lotions, while traveling on the coach.

Is there a limit on how much luggage we can bring?

Usually there is a one piece per person allowance for a trip.  Before departure, you will also receive an Ed & Ted's luggage tag.  Please attach the tag to your luggage prior to departure.  

You are allowed to bring a carry-on bag as well.  We recommend you keep your easy access items in your carry-on bag, i.e., medication, books, camera, etc.

My family would like my travel information.  Can you provide that?

Approximately two weeks before departure, you will receive a detailed itinerary from Ed & Ted's.  This will include all of our destination hotels and contact information.  We recommend that you leave a copy of this information with someone at home, in case of an emergency.

What about tipping?  

All tips/gratuities for items included in the Adventure are included in the price.  However, the tip for the Driver and the Tour Director are not included.  A gratuity of $2.00 to $3.00 per day for each is considered the industry standard.  Please take into consideration the efforts your Tour Director and Driver have put forth.
